More Planting Fun In The Classroom

This past month in Science we focused on a unit about planting. What better way to learn than to have a hands on experience. Each child planted some grass seeds in a cup, and watched them grow. Each morning they came in and ran to the window to see the progress. We decided that it would be fun to grow a classroom bucket of grass seeds. Each child had a chance to put in some grass seeds, and spread the soil. They had a really great time.
